Paintings and Paint Things
These tapestries began life as acrylic paintings. Using digital software I created the mirror images from the paintings and printed them on silk treated with a digital ground that enabled the ink to adhere to the silk. Finally I delivered the printed silks to Koreatown in LA to have them framed in the traditional Korean style. The results are wall hanging, metaphysical landscapes of the imagination.
